Our Results

Five years ago Seeds of Hopes was just a vision. As we learned and brought the pieces together Seeds of Hope has blossomed with beautiful colors to provide growing opportunities for those with special needs. Originally Seeds of Hope was providing opportunities for those with special needs to come with a care giver to have a productive and an eventful day. We have learned the bigger need was to provide care in a learning and social environment for those with special needs. We continue to allow caregivers to bring their adults to our center, as well as outings, but we can provide care for those who need of a caregiver throughout the day.

Healthy living and independent living are two key components we work on. Growing and preparing healthy meals and exercise are a part of every day; creating choices, managing monies and social interaction are opportunities created; gaining work skills in horticulture, recycling and craft arena help to gain confidence; and community outings make everyone feel like they all belong.

July 2018

Seeds of Hope is a community that those with special needs and their families can come to and have an environment of happiness, purpose, and love.
